Georgia Futures Facilitators

Georgia Futures Facilitators is an association of Person Centered Planning facilitators supporting the growing interest of person centered planning to meet the needs of persons with disabilities, their families, friends, and communities. The role of a facilitator is difficult and critical to the process of person centered planning. Georgia Futures Facilitators provides facilitators with the support, coaching, and training they need to ensure the tools of person centered planning are utilized with integrity and fidelity with the foundation of presuming competence in an individual’s dream. The vision of the group is to have a dedicated group of facilitators with a deep understanding of person centered philosophies and the tools used to promote greater inclusion of people with disabilities and their families in their respective communities.
